Granulera V2

Hey, V2 of Granulera is released with some significant changes and quality of life updates:

• Revised UI
• More stock presets (featuring presets made by KERO and Sofiya Nayda)
• Replaced Amplitude modulation with Frequency Modulation
• Added a parameter that controls the random stereo position of each individual grain
• Added a button to enable MIDI velocity to control volume
• Added a button to toggle the amplitude envelope shape between exponential and  linear
• Added pitch bend functionality and a parameter to determine bend range
